Hair and nails first started at the age of nine, yes nine for Franchesca Frazier founder/ceo. Granddaughter of former
heavy weight champion "Smokin" Joe Frazier. She wasn't the ordinary child, she would spend any money that
her mother gave her on nail tips,finger nail polishes, even weave extensions, brushes, combs and relaxers. Yes Franchesca
experienced the damaged hair because she wasn't educated about hair, so she taught herself.The year was 2004 when Franchesca Frazier
discovered her God given gift . A young alumni of Imhotep Charter High School in Philadelphia, Franchesca
started doing all her friends hair while in high school, it was obvious this girl was going to be an entrepreneur.Although
her mother, and teachers told her to continue her education after high school , she was determine to attend cosmetology school.
Attending a Ivy League college in the Pa region was not good enough for her, within a year Franchesca was a student at a local
cosmetology school in Philly. Franchesca's mother Doris worked as a private duty nurse going to visit patients in need
of care in Pa for an agency which gave Franchesca the idea of having a mobile hairstyling agency. Franchesca just recently got married, and is known as Mrs.Franchesca
Lopez!

who just don't like sitting in some beauty salons 4 hours.

Shears On Wheelzs brings all your beauty needs and trends for a great hair experience, we are known for our use of top
of the line products for all textures. If your getting married or going on a prom we have a Make-Up Artist to finalize
your look and our New feature, a license Massage Therapist will also provide services as well. If your an amateur at
hair extensions or color one of our license stylist will assist you. Our traveling locations are PA,NJ,DE,NY and coming to
your town soon!
